The terrorist, a resident of Hevron, was caught alive in Ramallah and is currently being questioned, the Shin Bet and Israel Police said in a joint statement.
A court-imposed gag order on the terror attack was partially lifted to reveal the arrest of the terrorist, but all other details of the barbaric murder remain barred from publication.
Earlier on Friday, violent riots broke out in Ramallah when undercover forces arrested a 30-year-old wanted terrorist inside a local mosque. The troops responded with crowd dispersal measures. Five Muslim terrorists were wounded by rubber bullets, according to Arab reports.
Ori was serving in the Civilian National Service (Sherut Leumi), working in a youth treatment center in Emek Rafaim. She was missing since Thursday afternoon.
Ori was kidnapped by a Muslim terrorist and was found raped, stabbed 12 times and murdered Thursday evening in the Ein Yael forest, located near the Jerusalem’s Biblical Zoo and the Arab village of Walaja.
