Cleared for Publication: An IDF officer from an elite unit was killed and another soldier was moderately wounded on Sunday night during a counter-terrorism operation inside Gaza.

The incident occurred during a counter-terrorism operation inside Gaza. According to reports, IDF Special forces entered 2 miles into Gaza in a civilian vehicle.
